By accessing or using the website at concretemountainview.com, or by submitting a service request to Mountain View Concrete Contractors, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or submit a request.
Mountain View Concrete Contractors is a concrete contractor based in Mountain View, CA. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, flatwork, foundations, stamped concrete, retaining walls, and related work.
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or timeline. All services are subject to a written agreement between Mountain View Concrete Contractors and the customer prior to the start of any work.
Submitting a contact form or calling us does not create a contract or guarantee a specific price. All pricing is determined after an on-site assessment of your property and project scope. Written estimates are provided before any work begins.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate date and project start.
Project scheduling is confirmed in writing after a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. Start dates are subject to weather, permitting timelines, and crew availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation after work has begun may result in charges for labor, materials, and any permit fees already incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written service agreement.
Mountain View Concrete Contractors reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the finished product, including heavy rain, extreme heat, or ground conditions unsuitable for a concrete pour.
Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement for each project. In general, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Mountain View Concrete Contractors accepts payment by check, bank transfer, or other methods specified in the agreement.
Accounts not paid within the terms specified in the agreement may be subject to late fees or collection action. Mountain View Concrete Contractors reserves the right to place a mechanics lien on the property for unpaid balances related to labor and materials, as permitted under California law.
For projects that require a permit under Mountain View or applicable local building codes, Mountain View Concrete Contractors will apply for required permits on behalf of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are charged to the customer and included in the project estimate. The customer is responsible for providing accurate property information and ensuring site access for inspections.
Mountain View Concrete Contractors warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, using materials appropriate for the specified application. If a defect in workmanship is identified after project completion, please notify us in writing and we will assess the issue and respond within a reasonable time.
This warranty covers defects arising from our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper use of the finished surface, acts of nature, changes in site conditions, tree root intrusion, or other factors outside our control. Concrete is a natural material and minor surface variations, hairline cracks from curing, and color variation are normal and do not constitute defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountain View Concrete Contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or any services provided, even if Mountain View Concrete Contractors has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this site to transmit any material that is false, misleading, harmful, threatening, or in violation of any applicable law.

If a dispute arises between you and Mountain View Concrete Contractors relating to these terms or any services provided, we encourage you to contact us first at sales@concretemountainview.com to attempt to resolve the matter directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mountain View, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
